One thing we master as a human is how to worry, and we do have PhDs in the arena.
We have good news, we worry. Bad news, some people collapse into coma and transmit their awesome stash of worry into the minds of others surrounding them, and then they collapse too.
We laugh much, oh terrified of crying on the same day because we laughed too much. It won't be vice versa. We cry much; we tend to think we are going to die in the ocean of tears. We don't eat; we don't sleep, we make worry as the new constant in our lives. Well, as humans, we have to worry, that's human, but it's time targeted. One minute of worry should and must balance with 10 minutes of joy. You hold your joy right in your hands.
Many people look at their collapsing world, but the thing is: don't. Stop focusing on it. Shift your focus right away to something good and pleasant. Look at yourself. Aren't you the most pleasant one on the planet? You are the only unique wonderful person this planet has got to embrace.
I would ask anybody and everybody to fixate these lines in your minds, hearts, bodies and souls for now and ever. You are not a waste mass on this earth. You are meant to overcome in whatever mess you are in and help others overcome as well. You are in the process of becoming that significant person. You are the overcomer of the overcomers.
Without problems, you could never have that title. If the problem dared enough to look you in the eye like a lion, don't go and weep and drown in worry. Look back as the Lion and scare the hell out of it. It's only an image or shadow of a lion behind it will be a scared cat for sure. You, on the other hand, are the real Lion. Remember that and move forward. Be brave be bold.
Your joy is in your own mighty hands. Give a cherry to the worry, strike it hard today and replace it with a fruitful peace. Sleep well, and ultimately you will do well.
